We believe consistent, ongoing practice is key for children to experience the many benefits of yoga. Our series & bundle & packages allows for:
Community building - Over a series of classes, your child will get to know their fellow yogis and build meaningful connections.
Establishing routine - A regular class schedule creates a sense of rhythm and continuity for young minds.
Progression - With each week, kids build on their skills and advance their practice.
Retention - Repeating activities strengthens memory, comprehension, and learning.
Confidence - Revisiting poses and concepts boosts self-assurance and pride in abilities.
A single class is wonderful, but a series of classes unlocks yoga's deepest rewards. Sign up and save.
