Teen Classes

Through mindful movement and breath-work, teens learn tools to manage emotions, build focus, and cultivate self-compassion. Each class includes a fun themed activity—like creating vision boards or gratitude jars—to inspire creativity and positivity. It’s a supportive community where they can explore balance and wellness both on and off the mat.

Tween yoga classes provide a fun and safe space for kids to build confidence, flexibility, and focus while learning mindfulness and relaxation techniques. These classes help tweens manage stress, connect with their bodies, and develop kindness toward themselves and others. It’s a great way for young people to build healthy habits that support their emotional and physical well-being. Each session offers fun themes such as wizard, spy, superhero yoga & more.
Family Classes
Family Yoga classes are a joyful way for all ages to connect, move, and unwind together. Designed with age-appropriate poses, playful themes, and creative activities, these sessions bring families closer while encouraging healthy movement, mindfulness, and focus. Each class blends yoga, breathwork, and relaxation to promote calm and well-being, while offering plenty of laughter and fun. Whether it’s pretending to hike through the forest, balancing like animals, or finding stillness together, Family Yoga creates meaningful moments that strengthen both body and bonds. It’s quality time that leaves everyone feeling more centered, connected, and refreshed.
