What is Family Focused Yoga?

  • We incorporate mudras, to help set an intention for the class, creating a mindful space for feeling present, centered and connected with the breath.

  • Each class includes a soothing sound bath, using calming vibrations to support the nervous system, ease tension, and promote deep relaxation and inner balance

    We explore breathing techniques alongside our cuddly breathing buddies, making mindfulness and guided relaxation fun and comforting.

    Through yoga, we weave together music, movement, literature, and imagination, creating a holistic experience that nurtures both body and mind.

    Through creative games and activities, we explore how to balance emotions and feelings, fostering emotional awareness and resilience.

  • We invite participants to settle into a soothing 8-10 minute guided meditation. This mindful practice is designed to promote relaxation, reduce stress, and deepen the connection between mind and body

Scholarship Opportunities

At Family Focused Yoga, we believe in the transformative power of yoga and its ability to positively impact lives. Guided by the principle of Aparigraha (non-greed) from the 8 Limbs of Yoga, we understand the importance of sharing resources and creating space for others to thrive. This practice encourages us to release attachment and make room for generosity, allowing us to lift others up and support their wellness journeys. Our scholarship fund reflects this value, offering access to yoga for all, regardless of financial circumstances.
